Acquisitions
Star purchases properties with various motivations, including long term ownership, immediate development/redevelopment, speculation or numerous driven opportunities. Star remains objective and nimble with our acquisition criteria. We seek out opportunities in primary, secondary and tertiary markets.
Management
Star Development Company interfaces with every aspect of the company’s projects, from “construction to commission.” Our Management group oversees all facets of a project or building, including property operations, lease administration, budgeting, expense analysis and service contract negotiations.
